Advanced database topics
The Experiment Database is supplied with a predefined measurement types CV, CT, IV, LapDLTS and convDLTS and four computing methods that may be applied to Laplace DLTS measurement data: DLTS_Flog, DLTS_Ftikreg, DLTS_Contin, and DLTS_Fast_DC. These correspond to different numerical procedures that are used to compute results in Laplace DLTS system. It is possible to define both new measurement types and computing methods. It is also possible to modify to some extent all built-in measurement types. One must be aware, however, that there is no support for user defined measurement and result types in the Laplace Transient Processing program and only limited support is provided for non-standard measurements data visualisation.
