On the Temperature tab there is the Free Run checkbox allowing performing the conventional DLTS measurement without fixed temperature ramp. In this case the measurement starts at the current temperature and runs up/down to the temperature set point. The temperature ramp is the result of the heating/cooling rate specific to the cryostat used.
