The conventional DLTS measurements performed ONLY in the Exponential fitting mode allow the direct Arrhenius analysis of the data without additional manipulation with the spectra. This type of the measurement has been described in the previous chapter. In the other two modes one has to save the spectra and in the Experiment DataBase program find the temperatures of the peaks observed on the spectra measured with different rate windows. The peak finding procedure implemented in the DataBase program for the conventional DLTS spectra is presented in details in one of the following chapters. The set of the peak temperatures with corresponding rate windows can be exported (i.e. saved with the default name data_tmp.pek) or saved with a given name in a similar way as it can be done for a set of the Laplace DLTS spectra measured at different temperatures. These files can be read or imported in the File/Import From… or File/Import From Data Base menu. The points are presented as the Arrhenius plot on the main graph. The parameters of the Arrhenius plot can be calculated by dragging the fitting corridor with the right mouse button similarly as it is described in the previous chapter for the case of the measurements performed in the Exponential fitting mode.
