The files containing the results of the IV, CV, CT, and conventional DLTS measurements performed within the system have extensions “.iv”, “.cv”, “.ct”, and “.dlt”, respectively. The ExpDBase program can produce a file containing information about peaks observed on many different spectra (extension “.pek”). This file can be processed by any graphical program or can be read in by the main program or the TrapView program (version 3.0) for further analysis or comparison with the existing there trap library.
