3.9 The CT measurement (DLTS)

 

The idea of the CT measurements realised in this version of the system is based on the realisation already applied for the TrapView DLTS measurements. Multiple temperature scans can be programmed and executed in a similar way as it has bee described above for the TrapView mode of the conventional DLTS. In this version only the Laplace system capacitance meter can be for the CT measurements used. The results when saved are also put in the currently opened data base.
