3.8 The IV measurement (DLTS)

 

In the current version of the system the IV measurements can be realised only by an external IV meter. The list of hardware supported is given in a previous chapter. The external meter has to chosen on the Hardware and it needs the additional initialisation. The external meter is configured on the Hardware window accessed from the Main window. The results when saved are also put in the currently opened data base.
