NOTE 1: One has to remember that each Script file has to contain a different measurement file name. This is due to the fact that when the scripts are run then the File Exists warning is disabled.
NOTE 2 (DLTS): If different reverse biases are used in subsequent script files one has to assure that it is not necessary to adjust the capacitance meter compensation level before the next script file is executed.
NOTE 3: When different script files with different temperature set points are being prepared using the Save As for script menu routine in the main program, one has to remember to disconnect the temperature controller during the script (configuration) file preparation process, as manipulation with the set point may cause unforeseeable temperature changes.
