The initial point of the transient for zooming is selected by clicking the Main Graph with the left mouse button. A dragging action is then used to define the zoom region stopping at the final point. The left mouse button up action finishes the zooming action. When less than 5 points are chosen it is assumed that the Unzoom action is intended. Consequently, unzooming occurs when a user clicks the left mouse button anywhere on the Main Graph without dragging (see Mouse events for more details). The
Unzoom action can be also invoked by pressing the corresponding
button on the Main toolbar or choosing the Graphics/Unzoom menu.
The Main Graph bottom panels show the index number of initial and final transient point of the zooming action and the number of points currently zoomed. The blue area on the Horizontal bar of the Main Graph shows graphically the portion of the whole transient which is currently zoomed.
NOTE: The Main Graph can be only zoomed in the horizontal scale. The vertical scale is always chosen by the program to show all ranges of values in the current transient (a part of thereof).
