The data files obtained from the IV and CV measurements have the section [Voltages] where the first and last voltage of the curve are given together with the voltage step. The section [data] in the case of the IV measurement contains only one column of values of the current (in A) measured for equidistant values of voltages specified in the [Voltages] section. For the CV measurement in the [data] section there are two columns of values: the junction capacitance (in pF) and parallel conductance (in Simens). The equivalent structure is used for the CT measurements.
